Who's Too Short now!?

I'm a huge fan of Serge Birault since quite a long time now, and I wanted to make a fan art and finally decided to make a tribute. So I did my concept and version of a girl with an heavy weapon :)
I named it "who's too short now!?" related to some recent french's political talk about how girls need to be "correctly" dressed and what they can or can't wear... I think the issue is more about how the men watch and behave more than what girl have to wear, in my opinion.
